Sometimes people just need to talk. They need to be heard...they need to hear the sound of their own voices speaking their own truths, articulating their own feelings, as those may be at a particular moment.

Hello

Whatever the reason for starting a counselling journey, finding the right therapist to work with is an important step. I offer a trauma-informed, judgement free, and holistic approach to therapy - and I’m happy to schedule a free, 20-minute virtual consultation so you can see whether my therapeutic style might be the right fit for you.

I hold a Master’s Degree of Counselling Psychology and am an active, professional member of both the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (RCC) and the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). I am also recognized as an Approved Clinical Supervisor through BCACC.

  • Counselling for parents in relation to their role as caregivers

  • Clinical Supervision for RCCs and CCCs working in British Columbia
